As an only child, I’ve walked the tender journey of planning services for my grandmother, my father, and most recently, my mother. Each experience carried its own emotional weight, and each time I found myself navigating the details alone — from final arrangements to creating memorial materials that truly reflected who they were.

When I designed my mother’s memorial announcement and program, something shifted. What began as a personal act of love became a calling. In reaching out to various funeral homes, I was disheartened by the steep costs associated with even the most basic memorial programs, leaving me frustrated and helpless in an already challenging time. I saw firsthand what so many families experience: — the urgency, the pressure to make quick decisions, and the longing for something personal, dignified, and beautifully made. 

With my husband’s unwavering encouragement, I realized this work could help others the way it helped me. That moment became the foundation of Creative Monarch Design Services™. Today, I carry that purpose forward by bringing the same care, clarity, and compassion to every project — whether you’re honoring a loved one, celebrating a milestone, or supporting your ministry.
