Claudette James

As an only child, I've walked the tender journey of planning services for my grandmother, my father, and most recently, my mother. Each experience carried its own emotional weight, while also requiring countless details and decisions during an already difficult time.

When I designed my mother's memorial announcement and obituary program, something changed. What began as a personal act of love revealed how meaningful thoughtful design could be in preserving a life story and creating something family and friends could cherish.

I understand firsthand the urgency families often face—the pressure to make decisions quickly while still wanting something personal, dignified, and beautifully composed.

My professional background in project management, process improvement, and client service also shapes how we approach each project—with organization, thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and respect for important deadlines.

With my husband’s encouragement, that experience became the foundation of Creative Monarch Design Services™. Today, that same sense of purpose guides our work as we create meaningful designs for families, churches, ministries, and special celebrations.
